Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

 


CHANGE OF ADDRESS

If you haven’t received a tracking email:

Please email [email protected] with your order number and new address as soon as possible! Although our fulfillment team processes orders quickly, we will try our best to process your request!

If you have received a tracking email:

Unfortunately, your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to the address entered at checkout. You can try contacting USPS directly to intercept the package.

 

Never received order/package but tracking says delivered: 

Confirm that your shipping address is correct in your confirmation email.

Sometimes USPS scans packages as delivered before it's actually physically delivered. In some cases, it can take 1-3 business days for your shipment to appear.

 

Lost/missing packages:

When the package leaves our distribution facility the customer assumes all responsibility for the package.

 

Nude Essentials Co is not responsible for the refund or re-ship of any packages due to the following circumstances:  

• Held or returned shipments due to incorrect address or undeliverable.

• Shipments lost at any point in the parcel process.

• Shipments stolen at any point in the parcel process.

 

Please contact USPS and use your tracking number to start a claim with them.

 

ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED:

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as package has been received  [email protected] so we can investigate and replace your damaged or incorrect item. 

Customer must provide an image of damaged/incorrect item.

We can only replace the items that were damaged or incorrect, we do not offer refunds.

 

Order shipped to wrong address/insufficient address/incomplete address:

If the address entered at checkout is undeliverable and the item is returned to Nude Essentials Co , we will ship the item back to you.

If your item was delivered to an address entered incorrectly and you aren't able to obtain your shipment, we are not responsible

 

Shipment processing time

Since are products are handmade fresh, processing times can take 2-5 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday and does not include weekends. 

 

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email.

 

DAMAGED, LOST, STOLEN ITEMS

Nude Essentials Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
